I. Period of the game: The game is valid from 27 November 2009 until withdrawal. II. Terms of participation Participants can be the guests who collect a stamp to their Loyalty Card in the Júlia Spa, Aquarius Spa, Bathing House, Park Spa and the Lake Spa in the above period according to the rules of the Loyalty Card Program, and use the present got following the collection of the 10th stamp within the validity period, also at using the present fill the registration card given at the cashier. Then guests shoult put the registration card into the collecting box placed at the cashiers of the spas. (Rules of the Loyalty Card Program are published and available at www.sostort.hu ). At the sweepstake all the completely filled registration cards participate, which are put in the collecting boxes during ther period of the game. Before the any draw in every 3 months the collection boxes are emptied. Participants declare to accept the terms of participation in the game by filling the registration cards. III. Prizes Prize 1: 1 spa pass for 3 months valid for any spa or bath in Nyíregyháza, without limit within the validity period on the pass Prize 2: 1 voucher of HUF 10.000 to the Aquarius Spa Prize 3: 1 voucher of HUF 5.000 to the Aquarius Spa For prize 1 an identity spa pass is printed with the photo and data of the winner. With this pass the winner can visit any spa in Nyíregyháza for three months free of charge during the opening hours. The validity of the 3-month pass will start on the day following the draw. The winner will get a pass valid for the following periods depending on the date of the draw: from 01 March to 31 May; fomr 01 June to 31 August; from 01 September to 30 November; from 01 December to 28 February. The validity period of the passes cannot be modified or prolonged. IV. Date, venue and rules of the draws Draws are organised in every 3 month. Dates: 16 February 2010, 11 a.m. 18 May 2010, 11 a.m. 17 August 2010, 11 a.m. 16 November 2010, 11 a.m. Venue: hall of the Júlia Spa (H-4400 Nyíregyháza, Malom u. 19/a.) Draw is public in the presence of a 3-member committee and a public notary. V. Delivery of the prizes Winners will be informed on telephone. Prizes can be delivered within 30 days from the date of the draw, following the identification of the winner at the principal office of Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt. (H-4431 Nyíregyháza-Sóstófürdő, Szódaház u. 18.) at a time agreed with the winner. The pass can be delivered within 5 working days from the date of the draw, following the identification of the winner at the principal office of Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt. (H-4431 Nyíregyháza-Sóstófürdő, Szódaház u. 18.) at a time agreed with the winner. For the delivery of the pass the winner has to take 1 photo in passport size. No prizes can be delivered following the deadline set above. Prizes cannot be cased or assigned to third party, and can be delivered only to the winner or his legal representative. In case the winner of the pass is infant (under 14), he can declare that the pass should be made to his or his legal representative’s name. If the infant person asks the pass to his own name, he can take the services of the relevant spa according to the applicable rules int he spa (with an adult). Employees of the Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt. and their close relatives are excluded from the program. No reserve winner will be drawn, the nen-delivered prizes will not extend the prize pool of the next draw. VI. Data protection Participants declare their consent that the data provided by the filling of the registration card will be used by the organiser for the delivery of the prizes, also for publishing information about the products and services provided by Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt., marketing purposes (publication of the winners in the local media with photo, interview with the winners) and statistic evaluation. This declaration of consent can be withdrawn in writing any time. Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt. will handle the data provided confidential according to the applicable law.

With this card we wish to thank you for your loyalty. In our spas, when buying tickets you should ask to stamp your loyalty card at the cashier’s and following the 10th visit we give you a present that can be used within the validity period. Rules of using the Loyalty Card General conditions Anyone can participate the program who buys a tictet to the Aquarius Wellness Center and Spa/Júlia Spa/Spa Department of the Bathing House or the Park Spa as well as the Lake Spa. Employees of the Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt. and their close relatives are excluded from the program. In case of periodical promotions of Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt., special rules may apply, which are published on the home page (www.sostort.hu) and in the spas. If you lose your Loyalty Card, you will have to start a new one. Validity of the Loyalty Card The program is valid from 27 November 2009 until withdrawal. Description of the Loyalty Program Our guest should have the Loyalty Card stamped at the Cashier’s when buying a ticket. When10 stamps are collected on a Loyalty Card until the validity date of the card, guests are given a present. A Loyalty Card can be stamped once a day, only, even in case of buying more tickets. Cashier stamp the card in the following cases: - daily ticket, reduced-price ticket, morning swimming ticket, afternoon ticket + sauna ticket, sauna ticket to Júlia Spa, and adult and reduced-price season ticket – once when bought - adult and reduced-price ticket to Aquarius Wellness Center and Spa - adult, reduced-price or children’s daily ticket to the Bathing House - adult felnőtt, reduced-price, afternoon ticket, and adult and reduced-price season ticket to the Park Spa, once when buying the ticket - adult, reduced-price, afternoon ticket, and adult and reduced-price season ticket to the Lake Spa, once when buying the ticket The cashier may only stamp the Loyalty Card when issuing the receipt proving the purchase of the relevant ticket, later it is not possible. Guests should show their Loyalty Card to the cashier when buying the ticket. The Loyalty Card promotion cannot be used with other promotions, not valid together wth other reduced-price services. Buying tickets for further services, group swimming tickets and tickets for treatments due to medical prescription will not bring the stamp by the cashier to the card. Present When 10 stamps are collected on a Loyalty Card until the validity date of the card, guests are given a present: in the Aquarius Wellness Center and Spa 1 Sauna World ticket or in the Júlia Spa 1 ticket cen be chosen, in the Júlia Spa 1 Sauna ticket or 1 Aquarius Thermal basic ticket, while in the Spa Department of the Bathing House 1 Júlia Spa ticket or 1 Aquarius Thermal basic ticket or 1 Bathing House ticket, in the Park Spa 1 Júlia Spa ticket or 1 Park Spa ticket, in the Lake Spa 1 Júlia Spa ticket or 1 Lake Spa ticket can be chosen. The chosen present is given to the guest for the filled Loyalty Card given to the cashier until the validity date. Guests can use the present only if the card has got the 10th stamp, one each cfard 10 stamps should be collected from the same spa. At the 10th entrance to the relevant spa or another entrance later until the validity date on the card, guests should give the filled card to the cashier, and gets the present. When using the present, no stamp will be given to the next card. During the period of the program stamps can be collected to any number of cards, and guests can get the present for any number of filled cards.
